World Water Day, 20 March

For World Water Day: Roasted Cauliflower-Chickpea Tacos with Red Cabbage, Harissa-Lemon Tahini Sauce, and Sweet Potato Fries – a dish made with ingredients that use minimal water.

Welt-Wasser-Tag, 19. März 

Zum Welt-Wasser-Tag gibt es: Roasted Blumenkohl-Kichererbsen-Tacos mit Rotkohl, Harissa-Zitronen-Tahinisauce und Sweet Potato Fries - ein Gericht mit Zutaten, die wenig Wasser verbrauchen.
